2. Payment & Refund Policy

• All payments must be made in full prior to the commencement of services.

• We offer a 30-Day Results Guarantee: If you follow your personalized plan for 30 days and experience no noticeable improvements, you may request a full refund.

• Refund Requests:

  • Must be submitted within 30 days of starting the program.

  • Clients must provide evidence of plan adherence (e.g., meal logs, check-in participation).

3. Client Responsibilities
To achieve the best results, clients are expected to:

• Follow the provided nutrition plan to the best of their abilities.

• Communicate openly regarding challenges or concerns during check-ins.

• Commit to the process and follow adjustments as needed.

4. Health Disclaimer
Tactical Nutrition VIP provides nutrition guidance and meal planning services, but we are not medical professionals.

• Clients with medical conditions or special dietary requirements should consult with their healthcare provider before beginning the program.

• We design plans based on general health principles and the information provided by the client.

5. Confidentiality & Data Use

• All personal and health-related information shared with us is kept confidential and used solely for personalizing your nutrition plan.

• We do not share client data with third parties without explicit written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability
While we are confident in the effectiveness of our services, Tactical Nutrition VIP is not liable for any adverse effects that may arise from following the provided nutrition plan, particularly if health information has been inaccurately provided by the client.

Cancellation Policy

• One-time Plans: Non-refundable after 30 days unless covered by our 30-Day Guarantee.

• Ongoing Coaching Plans: Cancellations require 7 days' written notice before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.

8. Program Modifications

We reserve the right to adjust or modify the program structure, pricing, or content as needed to improve our service. Clients will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any significant changes.
